To make it readable, we really made it thoroughly interactive at martechmap.com, exactly where you can research, filter, zoom, and extra. It’s really wild.

But regardless of its head-boggling scale, the martech landscape has normally been a sidebar to the real story of how know-how is modifying internet marketing. The truly neat things for me is how marketers leverage these tools with method, expertise, and imagination to accomplish exceptional results for their organizations and their shoppers.

This is why The Stackies: Marketing and advertising Tech Stack Awards are my favored community celebration in the martech marketplace. Each individual year, entrepreneurs enter by sharing a single slide that illustrates their martech stack. They often shout-out to the specific solutions they use. But the ideal ones specific how they assume about their stack conceptually. How does it fit into their organizational functioning method? How does it assistance their client journey?

Collectively, they give us some perception into how martech is remaining utilized.

And, simply because it is also a fun awards system, quite a few layout their stack slides with a minor more pizzazz. Not essentially applicable to the stack’s mission, but entertaining to check out.

This 12 months, 32 firms despatched in stack illustrations. You can see all of them in the free of charge Point out of Martech 2022 report we released yesterday — The Stackies commence on page 31. As is our custom, we donate $100 per certified entry to a non-gain. In the earlier, we’ve donated to companies that boost variety and inclusion in martech. This calendar year, provided the terrible problem in Ukraine, we’re donating the $3,200 to the Worldwide Rescue Committee.

Each and every calendar year, we also choose five “winners” for the awards. I place winners in quotations simply because, whilst the types we decide on are amazing examples of martech stacks that have brought a thing specifically helpful or imaginative to their visualization, absolutely everyone who contributes to The Stackies is a winner in my eyes. The martech community as a total wins from this impressive corpus of genuine-world stack examples.
