As the town and its football supporters celebrate the L.A. Rams’ place in Tremendous Bowl LVI, I was reminded of an episode I recorded for the Place of work Several hours podcast back in 2017. In it, I sat down with Rams COO Kevin Demoff, who at the time was juggling sizeable disruptions the two on and off the industry.
