Orlando business owners along I-Drive North pushing for redevelopment

Enterprise owners are striving to redevelop Intercontinental Travel (I-Travel) North and make it as wonderful as the south conclusion by ICON Park.

A city of Orlando spokesperson claims they updated the I-Generate North re-zoning a few a long time back, for household and retail that lets for greater and extra present day growth, but business entrepreneurs say it’s out-of-date. 

I-Travel Company Advancement District Director Luanne Brooks explained additional people want to stay, perform and stay along all of I-Drive. “An explosion of apartments getting position in this article, hotel rooms, restaurants, retail.” 

Bass claimed it’s time for I-Travel North to modernize. “Small business is exploding, it’s great.”
